What should I expect from OLLY Online?

  • You may order from the same great assortment of brands, styles & pricing online that you have loved in OLLY Shoes stores as well as “web only exclusives”. The same great customer service and sizing assistance. Most orders will ship within 2 Business Days.

Finding my Size or Style

  • In most instances, if you do not see it on our site, unfortunately the item or size is not currently in stock. We are constantly updating our merchandise with new products so please check back often.

Return and Exchanges?

  • Simply wrap up your unused purchases with the invoice and packing slip and ship it back to OLLY. If returning merchandise with no exchange, please allow 2-10 days from the time we process your return for the refund to be reflected on your credit card or the form of payment used at checkout. When shipping merchandise back to us, it is recommended to insure it with whichever mail carrier you choose and have it tracked. We will accept returns in stores as well but you must bring a packing slip and or invoice.
