RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations, OLLY Shoes accepts returns of any unused items; provided the conditions specified below are met. For final sale products, all sales are final for footwear $14.99 and under. No returns or exchanges will permitted. Items purchased online may be returned to OLLY Stores with proof of purchase. However, items purchased at OLLY Shoes stores cannot be returned by mail to OLLYShoes.com. In addition, no items can be exchanged by mail. Returns must be made within 30 days of original shipment.Gift card purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds.The packing slip in your package will contain detailed return instructions for all returnable items. There are three return options for most items:

1. Standard Return Shipping
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Hangtags must be attached if applicable. All products must be returned in new condition, to ensure full credit.
2. Include a copy of the packing slip in the return package.
3. Affix a mailing label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of original shipment
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
4. To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of original shipment (14 days for Sale items).
5. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order minus the cost of shipping.
6. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser

2. Returns to OLLY Shoes Stores in the US
OLLY Shoes stores in the US accept online merchandise returns for exchange or merchandise credit only. Items must be returned to an OLLY Shoes store within 30 days from the date of shipment accompanied by the original OLLYShoes.com packing slip. In order to be credited to the original form of payment, items must be returned by mail to the address above (see Standard Return Shipping above). Gift returns to an OLLY Shoes retail store, accompanied by the original packing slip, are eligible for merchandise exchange or credit only. 3. Price Adjustments
If the item you purchased online is reduced from its original retail price, OLLYShoes.com will happily accommodate a sale adjustment within two weeks from your order date, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
4. Promotions
Order Value Promotional Returns If at any time within the 30 day return window, you return an item purchased via a minimum order value promotion, the original order will be recalculated as if that unit was never purchased and the customer will be credited and/or charged any additional balance accordingly.
