YOUR ORDER STATUS
Order Status & Tracking your Order
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm we have received your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation.
To check the status of your order, click My Account. You will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password.
Once logged in, click the Order Status / Tracking link and an order summary page will be provided where you may view detailed information about your current order or past orders. The status of your order is automatically updated each time your order moves a step further in the process.
Order information may not appear in your order history for up to 1 hour after you have placed an order.
Some orders may contain items that are shipped separately by different carriers and/or shipping methods; the individual item status for orders that are shipped via multiple methods is also available in Order Status / Tracking.
Once item(s) are shipped, tracking numbers are assigned and generally appear on our website along with your order information. It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.
Orders placed on OLLY Shoes.com may be delivered by one of the following carriers such as FedEx, USPS or UPS. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. If this occurs, Order Status / Tracking will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status.
At this time, delivery is available in the US only.
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 to 10 full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on your Shopping Bag page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons which may include:
• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing your payment information.
• Cannot ship to address provided.
• Duplicate order was placed.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your order and the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
In the event OLLY Shoes cancels your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to reimbursement of amounts billed to your credit card for the items cancelled.
How to Cancel an Order:
• Orders can ONLY be canceled by an OLLYShoes.com Customer Care Representative. You must call OLLYShoes.com Customer Care at 1-877-455-6559 to see if the order can be canceled. Please be aware that Customer Care is available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST. The best time to cancel your order is within 15 minutes of placing it on the website. The longer you wait the greater the chance the order has passed through our system to the warehouse and the order will have to be shipped. You will then have to return the merchandise for a refund minus the shipping costs.
